SCOPE Langsuan Special Campaign: Thomjas Juul-Hansen Edition Fully-Furnished Decor Worth Over 8 Million, Exclusively for Customers Booking in August
SCOPE Langsuan collaborates with a world-renowned designer to launch a special campaign Thomjas Juul-Hansen Edition featuring fully-furnished decor valued at over 8 million, exclusively for customers who book within this August.
SCOPE Langsuan is a condominium valued at 9.5 billion baht, located on the most expensive freehold land in Thailand. Recently, it has partnered with Thomas Juul-Hansen, a world-class designer from New York, who designed the penthouse that set the record for the highest price in New York in 2015 at 100 million USD (3.3 billion baht) and the most expensive apartment in London priced at 61 million pounds (2.74 billion baht), to design the Thomas Juul-Hansen Edition.

Mr. Yongyuth Chaipromprasith, an expert in innovative creations in the real estate industry and CEO of SCOPE Co., Ltd., an international premium residential developer behind the SCOPE Langsuan project, stated that the Thomas Juul-Hansen Edition is a special campaign aimed at upgrading the One-Bedroom Residence to a fully-furnished room featuring imported furniture meticulously selected by Thomas Juul-Hansen, including specially designed furniture for the project, with a total value exceeding 8 million baht, which will be provided for every One-Bedroom Residence booked within this August.
For the fully-furnished rooms designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, customers can schedule a visit at the sales office on Lang Suan Road before all sample rooms are moved to the actual building in November.

The project aims to design the One-Bedroom Residence that embodies the perfect vision of the designer, along with imported furniture that Thomas has carefully selected. Specially designed furniture pieces with specific sizes or styles have also been created by Thomas specifically for SCOPE Langsuan, making it a unique opportunity to own a room designed by the same designer who created the most expensive accommodations in both New York and London. In addition to selecting furniture, he will also design and decorate every detail.
The SCOPE Langsuan project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by mid-2022, with sample rooms available for viewing at the Sales Gallery by appointment only.
